"His passion and belief were second to none and I always walked away from his office with a great feeling and a smile on my face. Joe was one of the most passionate, motivational and inspiring person that I have ever met. The best measure of this was his closing presentation and remarks at company meetings. No matter how arduous the meeting was, everyone looked forward to what became known as a “Joe special” where his whole heart and soul were poured into his speech. Inevitably everyone left the meeting upbeat, inspired and motivated. During our early morning banter he often spoke about his family and it was obvious how much he adored all of you. He was so proud of Sara and Julie and it was obvious how much a family man he was. Joe was a really gifted and special man. He left a huge impression on all who met him and I feel privileged to have worked alongside him and to have known him."
